Adam Grimadell
Managing Director
Adam’s been in the electrical and data industry for 25 years. Before starting his business, he gained a wide range of experience in Sydney. His experience as a project manager and an operations manager saw him oversea projects for:
- Corrective services
- Councils
- Department of Education
- Department of Justice
- Many large corporate organisations
In 2013, Adam started AddSpark Electrical which rebranded in 2020 to Lexicon Electrical and Data. He’s proud to bring his commercial experience to the Blue Mountains and Penrith areas.
Adam takes pride in his ability to take on a project and manage it from start to finish. His hands-on approach allows him to pick up on the finer details, ensuring all his clients receive high quality workmanship.
We employ experienced electricians and also apprentices. Adam hires those who genuinely care about what they’re doing. We promote a positive working environment with ongoing training, development and support.
